Just realised the i2 and kw88 can dial the emergency numbers even with out sim as in 911 , 000 etc, just filled the American one not expecting it to work and some one answered, I did panic and hang up though. Basically an emergency button where ever there is a signal.
Yeah this is required by law that all phones have access to emergency calls, regardless of sim card, credit or even same carrier.
I did know that sort of but thought you needed a sim but that’s good you don’t .
