I went for run with my KingWear KW88 and when back, the watch totally wont start and screen stays off. I thught was the battery so went to charge and still cant on the watch.
Can anyone help? How to do a reboot when the screen is not on? But when I hold the on button, it still vibrate a while but still won`t on.
Try to push on the button more than 10s until the watch stops and reboot… If nothing is working, use firmware update package for your watch (SP_Flash_Tool + kw88 firmware) to flash and restore factory configuration… Search in past posts here for firmware package…
