I just upgraded the firmware on my D5. That was a huge success. 
Earlier I’ve been struggling to hold the battery alive through my workday. Today I unplugged the watch 7:00 in the morning, and now, 14 hours later, it still has over 70 %. Amazing! The watch have been connected to my phone via Bluetooth all day. 
Could you do the same to the Finow X5?
I don’t know. If it uses the same firmware that th D5 I can’t understand why not. Maybe someone else in the forum can answer you’re question?

Flash tool only for these watches
It’s very odd that you didn’t notice that this firmware has been here in the firmware section since 1st of June. We tested them and the best was the X3 version. I posted that one as it was the most stable for connectivity and battery life.
This can be flashed on the X3, D5, K9 and X1 just don’t flash the preloader and use download mode in SP tool.
This could be done to x5 newest edition black…build xxx524 or not?
Hi guys. Where can I find the best rules about flashing a D5? I need to try this latest firmware since my battery works badly. I hoped to update the firmware via smartwatch but I understand that it will never be possible…

I just manage to update the firmware yesterday. From morning unplugged till now, 4hrs had past. The battery had drained 30%. To me is still the same.
