Hello mine was bought from China but advertised with play store, google maps etc yet on arrival it had Chinese icons… I had to download SP tools and the new ROM and install it…
@draycote007 where are you from then? the store keeper even don’t know what is play store. I just give a shot to see if they will ship one with play store to me. Have you successfully flash the rom with playstore?
My point is that there are 2 models. One is for internal sale in China where google services are not available and the other for the rest of the world which has Google service installed.
They are all from China originally - what I am trying to find out is if a larger retailer sold these as world market units or not.
Hello I bought it from Ali express? it was sold as I thought the model for UK as pictures showed Google play and Maps… but obviously it was not.
