I have the same problem… Any idea how to flash it for a UK version with play store etc? I have SP tools downloaded but no idea what I’m doing with it, what I need to choose etc? Please help

@draycote007 this is what you have to do:

  1. install sp flash tool on you pc: https://androidmtk.com/smart-phone-flash-tool extract and open it.
  2. download the rom for your watch to your pc. http://roundandroidwatches.proboards.com/board/12/factory-firmware-downloads
    and again extract it.
  3. go to sp tool and go to scatter loading file locate the rom file (ends with txt) and open it and the lines will be filled with the rom.
  4. make sure that downloading only is chosen and press download.
  5. shut off your watch and connect it to your pc and flashing will start when it finishes you’ll see a V mark. that’s it:)

@sonia_sophie_ataunna You really are the expert. Thanks for your detail explain. I successfully connect the watch to PC only once and can access the file explorer but now seems my PC can’t recognize my watch anymore… really a IT idiot

I’ve tried your details in the list and nothing. However I Have not installed mtp USB? what is this. WHen you do the download how long should it take roughly? Many thanks

@draycote007 did you install drivers? have you after doing the guide extract the vcom drivers? can you see them listed in settings? just after doing that you need to also install mtp usb: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_2ppR2z_UU&t=141s

Hello Sophie I Seem to have managed to do it… Although still not sure how, so thanks very much. Even so now I have the play store and google maps it’s still quite hard to use with the small screen :slight_smile:
