I cannot connect watch with mobile. it Keeps saying no connection. Could anybody help with proper guide

Watch is on and also mobile is ON. when i click the watch helper app it automatically turns on the BT and try to connect with watch which is already paired but it cannot make successful connection.
I’m having the same issue. I’ve unistalled and reinstalled but I still get the no connection message.
