negon have you tried connecting your watch to your Mac via provided cable? Although I don’t have Mac but I suppose it should be recognized as some “storage” device like USB stick. Did you watch that video? Basic principles are the same no matter if you use Windows, Mac or Linux like on that video.
(basically you connect android phone to Mac; it just happens that your android phone has a shape of a watch )
