How do I launch WFD after downloading?

Just got a new computer and can’t remember how to launch WFD after downloading from these files: com, javax,META-INF, org and tinylog-properties

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I think you need to install the JAVA Program first and then open WatchFaceDesigner.jar. Remember JAVA 64 bit
