You can use Wiiwatch2 app for file transfer or Push Bullet or any BT or WiFi browser from the play store and it works fine…

The problem is that we have a thread for support issues - not a “wishlist of what might be better”
Don’t worry - Kospet read these threads daily almost and so they can see what you have written.
There are some things that you do not know.
Kospet are a brand - they do not make the main board or the firmware - same as all these watches.
They will listen to customer feedback and if they agree - they will ask for changes to be made to firmware.
So your requests for changes will be seen and considered.
Just please keep these kind of suggestions outside of the Support Thread.
The support thread is for break-fix situations.

You’re right, I don’t know much about the android smartwatch system. But I want to understand.
In a few sentences I summarize my problems.
<> Disappointment, it does not support the sleep measurements.
“Sleep monitoring is available by installing a third party app from the Play Store or other app source. It is not a built in function.”
Can you develop this? (Because third party applications are bad, they can’t be used.)
<> It would be useful, if the data used would be measured.
The WiiWatch’s application to Kospet. Data stored in the Kospet (like number of steps, pulse, activity, etc.) can be synchronized with WiiWatch.
Unfortunately, it does not save historical data. Always just today.
<> Is it possible for WW to be further developed?
<> Or, WW Sync with Google Fitness? (or other third party)
I’ve written for WW support, but there is no answer.

Hi have the hope and I am only getting 4 to 5 ours battery life , is this normal ? I have a sim in it and it’s the reason I bought the watch so I could leave my phone behind sometimes or when I am excercising.
Not happy might need to return it.
Anyone have any info on the battery life?

I am getting at least a full day. You may need to update your firmware (there have been 2 updates since I received my watch a few days ago). Then go into “Settings”, “More”, “Background Cleaner,” and turn on “Battery Saver”.
I wanted to know how to connect it to the PC to see the contents of the smartwatch

I am getting at least a full day. You may need to update your firmware (there have been 2 updates since I received my watch a few days ago). Then go into “Settings”, “More”, “Background Cleaner,” and turn on “Battery Saver”.
Thanks Tsg2513 watch says it is up to date with latest firmware and I do have the battery saver on also I have only had 1 update since I received my watch though not 2 as you have ?

Sleep monitoring as a built in function might be a good thing for some, but for others it might be seen as bloatware. I think it’s better that everyone gets to choose for themselves, you can choose to install a sleep monitoring app while I choose not to.
As there’s no data usb cable, you can’t… just use the internal file manager.

bello quell’informazione non era ancora uscita perché dovevamo essere sicuri che prima ci sarebbero stati due cavi e sì quello per i dati sarà diverso da quello che abbiamo visto finora ma incredibile e tutto è fatto con alta qualità i cavi sono fatti per durare e finora fanno il momento in cui si ottiene l’orologio e usarlo vedete le differenze, sto andando a fare un vido sul trasferimento dei dati in 3 modi.

bello quell’informazione non era ancora uscita perchè dovevamo essere sicuri che prima ci sarebbero stati i cavi e si è visto per i dati sarà diverso da quello che ho visto in passato fare il punto in cui si guarda l’orologio e vedere le differenze, in tre modi.
Finally and after 1 month I received my kospet hope 3/32, coming from Banggood. It has been updated 2 times and displays the build number: Hope_B_20181217.
From the little I have already tested, I find that the sound level at the most is quite low even during a voice call. It would be great, if in an upcoming compilation the sound level would be increase?

An sugestion.
The introduction of the “Background Cleaner -> Battery Saver” was great but at the same time it could be implement a “System Whitelist”. The applications belonging to this “Whitelist” could running in the background when the screen is off.
