Hi, Im currently having some issue with Zeblaze Blitz smartwatch. Just now it suddenly turn off on its own and when i hit the power button for more than 5 sec nothing happen. I cant get my Zeblaze Blitz turn back on. Even when im put it on charge, nothing happen. Can someone help me with this matter? Im stuck. Please.

Yes. Original firmware. My watch revert back to normal as i contacted the customer service from Zeblaze company and fixed the firmware through computer by using step they provide.

Sure! Here, log in at https://www.dropbox.com/home using ID : jane.liang@zeblaze.com pass : Zeblaze2015.
Then, right click on the folder name “Zeblaze Blitz update firmware20170704” and choose 2nd 1 which mean download. The page is in Chinese but you can translate the whole page if using chrome browser.
After that, follow the step given in the folder to fix the firmware problem. Hope this will help.
