Hi guys.
I have an X3. the battery went flat and refused to charge. its showing charging icon but not starting or coming up. Any advise on how to restart it please.

I haven’t needed to try it on my X5, but if a really long button press does not work, you could disconnect and then reconnect the battery. I think there is a guide in the FAQ section. Best of luck!
