Hi folks,
Recently I received my Lemfo Lem5 smartwatch and it was working great. After using it 5 days suddenly it went off. I tried to on smartwatch but it didn’t work. I thought it might be battery drain issue so I charged it for 5 hours but still nothing appeared on screen neither it turned on. I also tried to connect it to my PC but the result is same, nothing happened.
Could you guys please help me to make it work again as I only used it for 5-6 days.

@Gaganpreet_Singh1 , You must open the cover and disconnect the battery. Wait for two or three minutes, then put the cover on and turn on the clock. It should work like that. If it does not work tell us and we’ll try to help with another solution.
Do you mean it suddenly went off? Did you try to flash it?
You may follow the solution @Sergio_Paulo gave. But sometimes it may need a wired flash.
@Will_Smith I will surely try the solution whch +Sérgio Paulo suggested me first. In case if it wouldn’t work for me, how I will flash it because my PC is not detecting it.

@Will_Smith I tried solution suggested by @Sergio_Paulo but it did not work for me 
@Gaganpreet_Singh1 You need to install the drivers to make your watch be detected. Then follow the tutorial to flash your watch. You can find the tutorial in the forum or Smartwatch Ticks’ youtube channel.
@Will_Smith I tried to flash watch but it did not work as well. I installed drivers correctly but when I connect my watch to flash files, nothing happened.

I don’t know if your pc is wins 10 system and whether you have installed drivers successfully. If not, you can go to the forum.
