My brand new KW88 only last 6 days. It died suddenly yesterday . And it was fully charged. Very strange.
Only did one OTA update…
Now it don’t turn on.
Already happened to someone? I’ve contacted Gearbest to return it.

well i can try it. For that i will need to open it all 4 screws, and try to disconnect the battery .
don’t know it it’s easy, or if doing that i can lose the gearbest warranty.
It is easy. Just be very very gentle when you put the screws back in. If you over-tighten the screws you will crack the plastic cover. No you won’t lose the very sad warranty.
Ok…i’ll try that this night. Lets ser also whats Gearbest says about my ticket. 
Don’t expect to much by them.
I am still waiting a replacement for a charging dock of my K8 mini smartwatch (1 month ago), and I have no answer by them.
After-sales support by GB, is not the Best you can have.
the quality on these are questionable…my finow x5 died 2 months after I got it.
Well, i’ve tried disconenct…wait 15min nd reconnect the battery… and …still dead.
That’s bad news. Look at your charging cable and make sure all the pins are ok.
Oh, and I don’t know why people keep talking about Finow watches in this thread? Completely different company to KingWear and KW88
@Pablo_Eleven_Pablo11 I just ordered a KW88 from Aliexpress. After 2 weeks it won’t turn on anymore. Can’t open disput anymore. Disconnected battery already. Still dead. Any idea or advise where to send for fix?
