Hey guys!
I’m developing android apps for fun and atm I’m waiting for my KW88 watch to arrive that i bought a few days ago. I’m planning to develop an app to sync notifications, calls etc. so standalone android watches function more like android wear ones.
I want to use Bluetooth Low Energy which isn’t supported by all devices. Could you guys do me a favour and download this app ((https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kyriakosalexandrou.bluetoothsupportcheck - it’s not developed by me this is only to test BLE function) to your smartwatch and make a short reply of your watch model and if “BLE peripheral mode” is supported. I can then start developing if most watches support it and test it when my watch arrives
Thanks in advance!
Kw88 build number kw88_cs1_b__gsm_pht_20160921… Need any other inf?

Hi Dominik,
the install doesn’t work on No.1 D5+, firmware X3+ 160927.
@Sasa_Petrovic That’s everything I need for that watch thanks! So KW88 supports BLE and it can be used on this watch Let’s see if other watches support it.
@Thomas_Sc Hey, which android version does No.1 D5+ use?
@Thomas_Sc How does install not work? Is no download button available on google play or is the app crashing? Maybe I can help if I know what exactly is not working
I have installed “BLE Checker” https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.magicalboy.btd and it shows “BLE Supported” on my No.1 D5+
@Thomas_Sc This app only shows basic BLE support which is always supported on Bluetooth devices, but I need something that is called Bluetooth peripheral mode. If the existing app doesn’t work I will create a short test app.
@Dominik_Kraus
BLE Central crashed on install.
Hi, wont install on X3 plus from play store. BLE Central crashed on install.
Btw, please build a good simple interval timer/stopwatch combo for the round watches. Thx
