Heart rate value

I wonder if the instant heart rate value shown on the watch face is changing…
I always have the same last measured value in the "health " menu.

The heart rate is not automatically changing . Is there a setup to have a continuous monitoring showing on the watch face ?
And more generally, are there watch faces with continuous monitoring that could be used for jogging ?

Same here with my D5+, would be interested to know if this is an issue or as designed?

Not possible. If it was, your battery life would be a couple hours at best.
