Has anyone figured out how to add custom ringtones and alert tones? Or isit it possible? Thanks

It’s possible. In the External SDCard there are 3 folders, Notifications, alarms and ringtones. It´s simple, just copy your custom sound files inside these folders. By the way, the watch supports the sound format m4a.

This might be a stupid question but how do i access the external sd storage so i can copy a file to it. Is there a file manager app?

The internal storage of the watch has 2 SD Cards. When you connect your watch through the USB port you have access to the external SD Storage. In this external storage you can find these folders. To connect the watch through the USB port, put your watch on the dock, connect the USB to your computer and go to the notification panel in the watch and find the option connect through USB.
You can also use Airdroid to exchange files from your computer to the watch through Wifi.
