guys please help, im desperate
i have d5+ but have a problem sign in play store, it screen turn black when i try to log in, but when i press home button it turn normal, already update the rom to the latest via OTA
You have a couple of options.
You can factory reset and try again.
You can flash stock firmware from the proboard forum where we keep our firmware and don’t install the OTA.
Do you have settings search installed? If so clear app data for the play store.
There is a known issue now and we are looking into it with the manufacturer.

i tried to install google play service and its work, with some error pop up at beginning, but its working, there maybe a few bug but at least i don’t have to flash the firmware
@Ade_Chrismounthya_K check that your IMEI number is still intact as well. Go to settings, About phone and see if IMEI is still there.
Or dial *#06# on your watch dialler and see if IMEI is ok.
I updated the firmware and imei is gone. Also still playstore not working same black screen. None of the apps are working as they required google play store update.
