The sign for Glitter Gulch Casino/Strip Club Oct 1, 1980 until Aug. 15, 1981 and remained up until June 13, 2017.

Vegas Vickie, formerly Sassy Sally, changed name to reflect her “marriage”
to neighboring neon cowboy sign Vegas Vic in 1994.

Glitter = to reflect light with a brilliant, sparkling luster; sparkle with reflected light.
Gulch = a deep, narrow ravine, especially one marking the course of a stream or torrent.

So I believe that the Golden Sower of Light stragectly placed on the sign is subliminal advertising for a Casino/Strip Club.

I don’t believe the signs leg moved but never the less a cool face. Also in this picture it shows two digital times displayed! Should be time and battery percentage.
