Some help for this failure?
I deleted data and uninstalled app updates, and remains the same.

Only Google application fails, everything else is perfect and very fast.
Does it mean the Google app take more RAM? Factory reset is the only way?

have you tried cleaning data in app manager? try to force stop the app and launch it again.

mostly no, just cleaning data or updating should fix the problem.
