DM368 tethering issue

Hi all.
Just got my DM368. I can’t get it to tether via BT to my Samsung S5.
Both devices can “see” each other when scanning through bluetooth. When I choose “pair” my phone says that it cannot tether to DM368 (with no further explanation).
I even installed the DM368 app (WiiWear) and tried connecting to my DM368 through the app, but with no success.
Please help!!

Thanks soniasophie, you are very helpful!! I tried several times. Was able to connect once. Got out of range and when I came back it wouldn’t connect back.
Any ideas?

glad to help, are you talking about the app?
