Yeah, that was my initial attraction, now if I could only understand the function of the curious complication on the left that rotates from 2 - 10.

I think it shows a power reserve. Actually something like ‘POWER’ for smart watches. It shows how the pen of the razor is stretched.

This is probably not a power meter, but it shows approximately how long the mechanical watch will work. We are talking about a mechanical watch! Digitizing how much energy is left and mechanical how long the pen will be able to turn the hands before their movement slows down
