Need to know if I can get a watch face or app to put on a smartwatch that can talk time or do an apple watch Micky thing. this watch will be a gift so need a model that is cheap
There’s a watchmaker face that works on universal launcher and talks. So yes that’s possible on our watches but you’ll need my launcher.

You can install ByVoice it speaks time every hour and reads all notification.
